12/11/13 As finals were finally unveiling, I thought it would be fun to randomly do a bench press PR. I did not peak or even plan this out. Did chest 2 days before and have not taken a rest day for about 5 days prior. I want to 2x my bodyweight so badddd. Weighed 153. only 6 lbs and I would have had it but I didn't want my ego to kick in. Oh well this was a new PR, (not paused) and it felt great. Thanks for watching!
